Hello Everyone!
Here is the information for the Spring Recital. It should be delightful!
Date: Sunday, March 15, 2009
Time: 1pm (Tuesday and Wednesday classes) 2:30pm (Monday and Thursday classes)
Because of the amount of dances this session, I have split the recital into separate times to better accommodate the students and audience
Place: Montevalle Recreational Center
Recital Fee: $5. Please place money in sealed envelope with child’s first and last name in clear print on the front
Volunteers:
Volunteers are integral to the success of the recital. Please read the job descriptions below and consider how you might be able to help. Please sign up on the Parent Volunteer Form on my table. When signing up, please put your child’s first name in parenthesis next to yours. Thanks so much for your help!
Group Leaders job description:
You will need to arrive no later that 12:30pm. Sit with the children in the dance room while they wait for their turn and once they have finished dancing. Place your group of children in the appropriate order for their dance before they come into the recital hall. You will be able to watch your group perform. At least two parents needed per group. If your group is using rented costumes, you will also be in charge of distributing and collecting those costumes after your group has finished their dance.
